Having traversed this treacherous territory, I know how it feels to be paralysed by uncertainty and the weight of change.

“It’s difficult to make changes and stick to them,” is a sentiment I hear often during my work. And I empathise deeply. While the call for improvement reverberates in our lives, encouragement to prioritise rest, indulge in self-care, and scrutinize our grocery choices, implementing those changes can be daunting and disheartening.

Many of us make Instagram-perfect salad choices, but we still feel that familiar fog of fatigue, anxiety, or confusion setting in.
